Welcome to DareDrop. By downloading or using the DareDrop mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DareDrop ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the DareDrop application and services. By creating an account or using DareDrop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
To use DareDrop, you must create an account with a valid email address and username. You are responsible for:

DareDrop is a social media application that issues one dare per day to all users at a random time. Users may choose a difficulty level, record a video completing their dare, and share it with friends on the platform. The daily dare is the same for all users and is released simultaneously.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
DareDrop allows you to post videos, comments, and reactions ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant DareDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You retain ownership of your Content. You are solely responsible for the Content you post and represent that:

We provide tools within the app to report content that violates these Terms. We review reported content and may remove it at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any Content and suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the community.
The DareDrop name, logo, app design, and all related branding are the intellectual property of DareDrop and may not be used without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by DareDrop.
Your use of DareDrop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
DareDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DareDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DareDrop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DareDrop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
